Audit Consultant

HRSI is looking for Audit Consultant for one of its leading client.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify export documentation accurately, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, export licenses, and packing lists.
• Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely processing and dispatch of export shipments.
• Ensure compliance with international import-export regulations and customs requirements to minimize shipment delays.
• Maintain accurate records of export documentation and shipment details for easy retrieval and auditing purposes.
• Assist in managing inventory related to export orders to guarantee availability and timely dispatch of products.
• Communicate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to resolve any documentation issues promptly.
• Support the export process by tracking shipments and updating relevant departments on shipment status and progress.
• Monitor and update knowledge of changes in export regulations and documentation procedures to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments including sales, warehouse, and finance to support export operations efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in export documentation handling to increase accuracy and reduce lead times.
