Regional Supervisor

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supervising field educators across hospitals and clinics in Lahore /Karachi .

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on supervision and guidance to educators across hospitals/clinics
• Ensure educator attendance, performance, and compliance with protocols
• Conduct regular field visits for monitoring, mentoring, and on-ground leadership
• Track KPIs, analyze data, and submit timely performance reports
• Coordinate with clinic staff to resolve operational challenges
• Remotely supervise educators in out-of-city locations as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelors /Masters 

Experiance :

2-3 years of experience in Pharma / FMCG sales & marketing (field experience preferred)

Candidate Attributes:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and motivate field teams
• Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
• Skilled in digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and handle operational challenges with agility
• Frequent travel within the assigned city for spot checks and evaluations

This is one year Contractual Position.
