Experience

4+Years hands-on experience as a business analyst or consultant in retail or CPG domain

Fair knowledge of Retail/CPG domain, processes and systems especially order to cash and procure to pay processes

CBX knowledge is good to have

Ability to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage

Lead the requirements gathering, requirements analysis and documenting business needs and requirements

Elicit requirements through various techniques such as interviews, document analysis, brainstorming exercises

Provide business analysis service and process review to support business initiatives/product implementation and operations production system related issues

Lead and coordinate solution delivery for new features and enhancements

Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

Manage product backlog

Communicate with clients regarding system requirements, and document them

Analyze customer systems and business processes and propose customized software solutions

Manage the design, development, deployment and testing of our customized software solutions.

Communicate internally with software developers, designers and management to ensure understanding of customer requirements and on-time performance.

Configure and test deployed software.

Steer requirements analysis

Provide design details for UI/ UX and functional design and elicit feedback for refinement.

Assess needs from clients and product enhancement to refine and prioritize backlog.

Map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.

Provide project management support, to track and report requirements elicitation, documentation and management activities.

Oversee development stages to refine processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the sprint.
