The Talent Management Head is tasked with leading and executing the organization's comprehensive talent strategy, from initial hiring to long-term leadership development. This individual drives programs across talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, retention, and succession planning, ensuring these efforts support business objectives.

Responsibilities Overview:

• Developing and implementing talent strategies in partnership with senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years talent management.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in talent strategy, performance management, and succession planning.
