This individual drives programs across talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, retention, and succession planning, ensuring these efforts support business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years talent management.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in talent strategy, performance management, and succession planning.

- Excellent analytical abilities.
