Summary:
The Filling & Packaging Support Engineer is responsible for leading the full installation lifecycle of production lines and related machinery at the plant. This includes, but is not limited to, systems such as RGB, PET CSD, PET Water, and Can lines. The role ensures that all installation activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements, while developing effective execution plans to streamline deployment. This position oversees project scheduling, enforces critical deadlines, and tracks progress to guarantee timely completion of all project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and review installation designs for production lines and related machinery.

Manage overall project schedules related to equipment and line installations.

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and health standards.

Collaborate with various OEM vendors, including international suppliers.

Ensure safety compliance and manage multiple teams involved in equipment installation.

Identify and mitigate communication challenges with multiple OEM partners.

Develop strategies to resolve project execution issues.

Review and assess construction and installation design plans.

Coordinate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to align project execution.

Ensure the smooth translation of strategic plans into daily operational project tasks.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in installing and operating beverage production lines and equipment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with greenfield project implementation is an advantage.

Project Management certification is preferred.

Must be a licensed engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
