Strategic & Operational Leadership

Direct comprehensive strategy and operations spanning property development, construction, leasing, sales, site acquisition, and hospitality.

Develop and implement full-cycle business plansfrom land evaluation to property revenue realization.

Manage the performance of a property portfolio comprising over 5,000 assets, focusing on value enhancement, efficiency, and cost control.

Oversee P&L, capital expenditure planning, project budgeting, and commercial viability reviews.

Collaborate closely with hotel and resort general managers, particularly within key hospitality locations.

Acquisition & Development Management

Lead the strategy for identifying and acquiring sites, including raw land assessments, due diligence, and regulatory/zoning compliance.

Prepare business cases and conduct feasibility studies to support development and investment initiatives.

Negotiate and structure joint ventures (JVs) and build-operate-transfer (BOT) agreements with strategic partners.

Business Growth & Stakeholder Engagement

Drive revenue strategies across both commercial and hospitality property segments.

Build and sustain strategic partnerships with developers, construction firms, service providers, and investors.

Manage stakeholder relations, including executive-level reporting to the Board and senior leadership.

Ensure property development initiatives are aligned with overall group strategy and financial objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

2025 years of experience in property development, construction, real estate, or hospitality sectors.

At least 10 years in a senior or executive leadership role overseeing large, mixed-asset portfolios.

Proven background in managing operations across multiple property types, such as commercial, hospitality, office, and agricultural.

Expertise in site acquisition, end-to-end development, profit and loss oversight, and asset optimization.

Strong knowledge of construction project management, real estate regulations, and investment strategy.

Demonstrated capability in leading cross-functional teams, stakeholder engagement, and board-level communication.

Engineering background is highly desirable; MBA is essential.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives, regulatory bodies, and joint venture partners.

Experience with major property developers is a significant advantage.

Work Setup & Compensation

Hybrid work arrangement (4 days onsite, 1 day remote); may transition to full onsite based on operational needs.

Role is based in Makati City.

Full-time executive-level position with significant input into the organization's strategic direction.
