Job Overview:
This role is for a Senior Manager responsible for leading and driving the Digital Engineering Technology competency within the Consulting Service Line. As a key leader in the organization, this position will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the competency to achieve growth and success in digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1) Team Management
- Maintain open and transparent communication with team members.
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams.

- Drive talent acquisition, performance, and team development through clearly defined metrics and objectives.
2) Technical and Process Skills
- 13+ years of deep process and technical experience with strong knowledge of digital transformation, cloud technologies, IoT, AI, and other emerging technologies.
- Proven leadership in the Financial Services sector with experience managing large-scale teams across multiple geographical locations.
- Expertise in Digital and Emerging Technologies, including:
- Programming & Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Apache Flink/Cloud Flow, Apache Kafka, Hibernate
- Databases: DynamoDB, Cassandra, MySQL, MongoDB
- Public Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Architecture & Design: Microservices, API Gateways, Event-driven, Streaming, API design
- Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
- Web Server: Tomcat
- Build & Packaging Tools: Maven, Gradle
- Operating Systems: Windows, Linux
- Strong understanding of tools and processes:
- SDLC Methodologies: Agile and Waterfall
- Tools: Git, Azure DevOps, Prevent, SonarQube, JUnit, Mockito, CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, AquaSec, Mend
3) Management Responsibilities
a) Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with pursuit teams to create solutions with compelling value propositions for clients.
- Develop business cases, KPIs, and Benefits Realization plans while measuring outcomes effectively.
b) Technology Excellence
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and market trends to strengthen competency capabilities.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
- Analyze current IT environments and industry trends to identify engagement and client service opportunities.
c) Client Engagement and Delivery Excellence
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and challenges.
- Foster strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction and delivery success.
- Lead large-scale engagements and projects, manage client status meetings, and deliver executive-level presentations that influence actions and decisions.
d) Communication Management
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of English.
- Present technical conclusions through reports, documentation, and professional presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Deliver solution architecture presentations tailored to various stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 13+ years of experience.
