About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to contribute directly within the Agile iteration cycle, actively participating in both high-level and detailed design for new product capabilities and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java (Spring Boot, JSF, etc.) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software solutions Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance Integrate with third-party APIs and financial systems where applicable Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and automation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field at least 1 years of professional experience in Java development

Strong expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, JSF, etc.)

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (JUnit)

Proficient in using Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have:

Experience in the financial services industry (e.g., banking, trading, insurance, fintech)

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Understanding of security best practices in financial applications

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
