The Infrastructure Team is a global organization responsible for all critical infrastructure and cloud services, operating with a security- and automation-first mindset. Where You Come In

As a key leader in the Infrastructure Team, you will:

  • Lead regional IT service operations, ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence. You and your team will be held accountable for consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Own and lead complex 2nd and 3rd tier support as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert across infrastructure platforms.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to simplify and modernize infrastructure based on reduce, retire, re-platform principles.
  • Partner with the Director of IT to maintain the IT roadmap, risk register, project plans, and service portfolio, ensuring they are always accurate and aligned with business goals.
  • Lead regional IT projects, managing budgets, risks, timelines, and team deliverables.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and updates, showcasing excellent communication and influence at the senior leadership level.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure all initiatives are cost-effective, accurately budgeted, and demonstrate clear ROI and efficiency gains.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulationspersonally and across your team.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • 12+ years of technical management experience across the following core areas:

    • Active Directory Administration
    • Windows Server (including Active Directory)
    • VMware
    • Computer Networks, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching
    • Firewalls, WAN Optimization
  • Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.)
  • 13+ years of overall industry experience
  • Minimum of 58 years of experience leading people and managing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to own, manage, and deliver infrastructure support and modernization projects at scale.
