Job brief

A fast-growing digital bank is seeking a Mobile Application Developer with solid experience in designing and building native and cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. You will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining the banks mobile platform, contributing to the delivery of secure, stable, and user-centric financial services.

The successful candidate will be part of an agile development team, collaborating closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and improve mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.
  • Collaborate with design and backend teams to integrate APIs and build seamless user interfaces.
  • Translate technical requirements and business objectives into high-quality code and mobile solutions.
  • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across multiple devices and OS versions.
  • Monitor app stability and user analytics to identify areas of improvement and proactively implement fixes or enhancements.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices for clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases.
  • Implement security protocols and ensure mobile apps adhere to compliance and data privacy standards.
  • Stay updated on mobile development trends and emerging technologies relevant to fintech and digital banking.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile application development.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin/Java for Android and Swift/Objective-C for iOS; experience with Flutter or React Native is a plus.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture).
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including CI/CD processes.
  • Knowledge of mobile app security and data encryption practices.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs, as well as publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Exposure to mobile banking or fintech apps is highly preferred.
