AI & Data Science Sr. Manager

We're seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Manager to lead our Data Science & AI initiatives. Youll take ownership of end-to-end project deliverydeveloping advanced analytics solutions and guiding a talented team to drive digital transformation across business areas like supply chain, logistics, procurement, and smart manufacturing.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead full AI/data project lifecycle: scoping, development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics goals and convert them into actionable models.
• Architect AI/ML solutions using Python, cloud, and big data technologies.
• Mentor a team of data scientists and developers.
• Present insights to senior leadership and clients; support business development and proposals.
• Grow the Data Science practice and shape its long-term direction.

What Youll Need

• Masters/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in AI, data science, or analytics.
• Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong knowledge of optimization, ML, DL, NLP, simulation, and computer vision.
• Hands-on experience with cloud, Git, agile practices, and production environments.
• Deep understanding of analytics in logistics, inventory, and enterprise operations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
