Sr. Delivery Manager (ServiceNow)

A leading global firm in the consulting and technology space is looking for a ServiceNow Delivery Senior Manager to lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery, support pre-sales efforts, and help grow a high-performing delivery team.

This is a leadership role that blends delivery excellence with strategic growth, working closely with cross-functional leaders and global stakeholders.

What Youll Do:

• Lead complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple industries
• Drive pre-sales engagements, solution design, and client presentations
• Support practice operations, resource planning, and mentoring team members
• Collaborate on strategies that drive innovation and growth in the local consulting business

What Were Looking For:

• 10+ years in IT/Consulting, 5+ years in ServiceNow leadership
• Strong client-facing and pre-sales experience
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, CSM)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus
