Data Quality Analyst

Were looking for a Data Quality Analyst who can combine a strong eye for detail with technical know-how to validate dashboards, ensure data quality, and support high-impact reporting and BI solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into Power BI reports, writing test cases, and collaborating with developers and analysts in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What Youll Do:

• Validate Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure correct metrics, filters, and visuals
• Translate user stories and business requirements into clear, traceable test cases
• Perform data reconciliation between source systems, data warehouse, and reports
• Identify and track defects, working closely with developers and data engineers
• Support data profiling, quality checks, and troubleshooting
• Contribute to building out testing best practices and automation as the team matures

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in testing, QA, or data/report validation
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and how to test its visual and data layers
• Experience with SQL and understanding of data warehouses or data lakes
• Familiarity with Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Background in insurance, financial services, or data-heavy industries
• Experience with data quality tools (e.g., Soda) or test automation
