Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise service and productivity platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand operational needs and design scalable, secure, and interoperable technology solutions.
- Lead solution assessments, recommend platforms or enhancements, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
- Guide project teams on technical design, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
- Support decision-making for platform selection, system upgrades, and technology investments.
- Ensure consistent documentation and compliance with internal technical standards.
- Contribute to the development of internal frameworks and playbooks related to enterprise architecture.
- Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification or certifications in enterprise systems or architecture is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or architectural capacity within enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering or managing solutions across business enablement functions such as finance, procurement, HR, or corporate IT.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
- Previous exposure to digital transformation or enterprise modernization initiatives is a plus.
