We are looking for an accomplished Senior Manager to lead and drive the Digital Engineering Technology function for a fast-growing global consulting delivery center. This role is strategic in nature and will play a vital part in building high-performing teams, guiding technology adoption, and delivering digital transformation initiatives with excellence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping capability strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring delivery excellence across digital engineering projects.

Technical & Engineering Oversight
Over 13 years of relevant experience, with deep exposure to cloud technologies, IoT, AI/ML, and scalable digital platforms.

Strong command over the digital tech stack, including:

Backend/Integration: Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, Flink/Cloud Flow, Hibernate

Databases: DynamoDB, Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL

Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP

Microservices & APIs: RESTful, Event-Driven, Streaming Architectures

Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes

DevOps Tools: Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, Junit, Mockito, AquaSec, Mend

Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on
modern engineering practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 13 years of professional experience in technology leadership, with proven results in digital transformation and managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in financial services or other complex, regulated industries is an advantage.
- TOGAF or other architecture certifications are preferred but not required.
