Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery Leadership

    • Guide the end-to-end execution of complex ServiceNow engagements, ensuring alignment with delivery excellence principles.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
    • Provide oversight on project governance, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
    • Support and mentor delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes.

    Pre-Sales & Solutioning Support

    • Partner with business development teams to shape proposals, solution designs, and client presentations.
    • Participate in client discussions, workshops, and demonstrations to articulate the value of ServiceNow offerings.
    • Contribute to the development of tailored roadmaps and strategic recommendations for prospective clients.
    • Assist in crafting responses to RFPs and other client-facing materials.

    Practice Development & Leadership Support

    • Collaborate with leadership to support operational aspects of a growing ServiceNow capability.
    • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development.
    • Assist in resource planning, performance management, and team utilization strategies.
    • Identify talent needs and support recruitment efforts as the practice evolves.

    Strategic Initiatives & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Contribute to broader consulting initiatives in the Philippines, including innovation, market expansion, and service integration.
    • Work with cross-functional leaders to align local delivery with global consulting priorities.
    • Support the adoption of emerging technologies and continuous improvement frameworks within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Requirements

      • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
      • 10+ years of experience in IT or consulting, with 5+ years in ServiceNow leadership or delivery roles
      • Proven track record in managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations across industries
      • Strong pre-sales and solutioning experience, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
      • Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing technical teams
      • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and CSM
      • Experience in the Philippine consulting landscape is a plus
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills
      • ServiceNow certifications are advantageous
