Responsibilities
- Guide the end-to-end execution of complex ServiceNow engagements, ensuring alignment with delivery excellence principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide oversight on project governance, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
- Support and mentor delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Partner with business development teams to shape proposals, solution designs, and client presentations.
- Participate in client discussions, workshops, and demonstrations to articulate the value of ServiceNow offerings.
- Contribute to the development of tailored roadmaps and strategic recommendations for prospective clients.
- Assist in crafting responses to RFPs and other client-facing materials.
- Collaborate with leadership to support operational aspects of a growing ServiceNow capability.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Assist in resource planning, performance management, and team utilization strategies.
- Identify talent needs and support recruitment efforts as the practice evolves.
- Contribute to broader consulting initiatives in the Philippines, including innovation, market expansion, and service integration.
- Work with cross-functional leaders to align local delivery with global consulting priorities.
- Support the adoption of emerging technologies and continuous improvement frameworks within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT or consulting, with 5+ years in ServiceNow leadership or delivery roles
- Proven track record in managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations across industries
- Strong pre-sales and solutioning experience, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing technical teams
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and CSM
- Experience in the Philippine consulting landscape is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills
- ServiceNow certifications are advantageous
