We are seeking a seasoned IT leader with deep infrastructure expertise, commercial mindset, and experience working within a global or matrixed setup. The successful candidate will blend hands-on technical understanding with operational maturity, and lead multidisciplinary teams with accountability and vision.

Responsibilities

      • Infrastructure Strategy & Execution
        Direct regional initiatives that enhance infrastructure capability, service availability, and security compliance. Spearhead the modernization of platforms to drive performance and cost efficiency.
      • People Leadership & Team Building
        Lead and coach a high-performing technical team across the region. Bring 5-8 years of strong people management experience, emphasizing coaching, development, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
      • Cross-functional & Global Collaboration
        Operate within a matrix organization, partnering with global counterparts across IT, business, and operations functions. Champion seamless alignment across time zones, cultures, and strategic priorities.
      • Commercial & Budget Oversight
        Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to plan, track, and optimize infrastructure-related spend. Bring a commercially oriented perspective to IT initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and business value.
      • Risk & Compliance Management
        Maintain robust governance and compliance oversight, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional legal frameworks. Lead regional contributions to IT audits and risk remediation efforts.
      • Stakeholder Communication
        Represent regional technology leadership to senior management. Communicate technical updates, strategy progress, and project milestones clearly to a broad audience.

Requirements

      • 15+ years in IT infrastructure and operations, including 58 years of leadership experience in large-scale or high-regulation environments.
      • Strong background in core technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, networking, and cloud/hybrid infrastructures.
      • Demonstrated success working across countries or within matrix organizationscomfortable navigating global dynamics.
      • Commercially fluent, with experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cost optimization strategies.
      • Collaborative leader who values performance, development, and inclusive team culture.
      • Bachelors degree in a technical field; advanced certifications or postgraduate education preferred.
