As part of the Business Transformation Project Management team within the Global Business Services function, you will contribute to delivering high-impact programs and projects across global, regional, and functional levels.
Your Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, systems, and data to recommend improvements aligned with global best practices. You will collaborate across corporate functions, business units, and project teams to translate business needs into actionable insights and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities using best practices such as Business Analysis (BA) and Business Systems Analysis (BSA).
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements through interviews, documentation review, workshops, and prototyping.
Create and present current and future state business process maps, system/data flows, and workflows using techniques like BPMN and flowcharts.
Translate business needs into user stories and technical requirements with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment across functional and technical teams.
Validate and confirm stakeholder responses to ensure accurate interpretation and shared understanding.
Collaborate with managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
Support the project team in all BA-related activities such as requirements gathering, scenario creation, testing coordination, and ensuring solutions meet both business needs and quality standards.
What You Bring:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field; certifications in business analysis such as IIBA, CCBA, or CBAP are preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience as a business analyst, preferably in ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP).
Proven ability to read, write, and interpret business requirements, user stories, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
Analytical thinker with an agile mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and change.
Proficient in project management and business analysis tools and techniques.
