Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive cloud roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
  • Lead cloud migration initiatives from legacy infrastructure to modern cloud environments, with a strong focus on milestone delivery and performance metrics.
  • Manage the organizations cloud infrastructure, driving efficiency, cost optimization, and operational reliability
  • Collaborate with risk, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to implement cloud governance, security controls, and regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Establish financial oversight on cloud spend through cost optimization strategies, usage monitoring, and budgetary planning.
  • Champion cloud-native solutions, modernizing applications through refactoring or containerization as appropriate
  • Stay abreast of innovations in serverless architecture, container

    platforms, and AI/ML to inform future cloud investments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud architecture and migration, preferably on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Cloud certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).
  •  

    Familiar with cloud migration tools, methodologies, and frameworks.

  • Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices in regulated industries.
  • Exposure to ITIL 4.0 and Agile practices in cloud or infrastructure transformation projects.
