Job brief
We are seeking a results-oriented SAP FICO Consultant with solid experience in delivering full-cycle SAP implementations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong grasp of finance and controlling processes, deep functional configuration knowledge in SAP FICO modules, and hands-on experience in integrating financial solutions across various SAP modules. This role will actively contribute to both project delivery and system support functions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support 34 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Configure FICO modules in alignment with business processes involving General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, blueprinting sessions, and gather detailed business requirements.
- Prepare essential project documentation such as functional specifications, configuration documents, user manuals, and process flows.
- Perform system configuration based on agreed business designs and support RICEFW developments through the software development life cycle.
- Lead and execute internal and system integration testing, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide key user training (KUT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integrations, especially with modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
- Participate in deployment activities, provide go-live and hypercare support, and ensure successful system adoption.
- Perform knowledge sharing, peer reviews of deliverables, and actively contribute to team capability-building initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Strong foundation in finance principles and accounting practices.
- Advanced knowledge in key areas including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Business Partner Management
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Asset Accounting
- House Bank and Bank Reconciliation
- Profit Center Accounting and COPA
- Product Cost Controlling
- Material Ledger and Actual Costing
