Job description:
You will be responsible for supporting and improving insurance products and applications used across business platforms. The role involves configuring products, analyzing data, creating documentation, and working with different teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects. Youll also handle testing, identify issues, and support system deployments while making sure applications run effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure insurance products and related templates.
- Analyze data, create field mappings, and prepare documentation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other teams to gather requirements.
- Support testing, defect tracking (JIRA), and product deployment.
- Provide application support to meet service levels.
- Continuously improve systems and processes.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or with a team.
- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle BI Publisher, and MS Office.
- Experience in data analysis (insurance or risk-related experience is a plus).
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
- At least 3 years of IT experience.
