We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our growing team. As the Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment services to our clients. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality recruitment services

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the hiring needs of our clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing them with the best candidates

- Conduct interviews, screen resumes and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the team

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes

- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process and a positive candidate experience

- Participate in networking events and job fairs to promote our company and attract potential candidates

- Handle any escalated issues and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction

- Mentor and develop team members, providing them with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and meeting recruitment targets

- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools

- High level of organization and attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
