- Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Learn and stay updated on product features, store promotions, and sales techniques.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Support daily store operations, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Assist in operating the cash register, processing payments, and issuing receipts under supervision.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing basic questions and referring complex concerns to senior staff.
- Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
- Work closely with the team to meet store sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in basic inventory tasks such as tagging and checking merchandise.
- Follow store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
