  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various job levels across departments

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines

  • Source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on job fit and potential

  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and offer rollouts

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring progress

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed)
  • This role is open to entry level, associate, specialist, senior, lead, team lead and managerial level.
