- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various job levels across departments

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines

Source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)

Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on job fit and potential

Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and offer rollouts

Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed)
- This role is open to entry level, associate, specialist, senior, lead, team lead and managerial level.
