About the job Oracle EPM Functional Assistant Manager
The EPM Functional Lead will manage and lead Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects, providing expert guidance and comprehensive solutions. This role involves working closely with clients, managing project deliverables, and supporting business development activities along with the presales team.
Roles and responsibilities
Lead Oracle EPM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Gather and analyze client requirements, and translate them into EPM solutions.
Develop functional design documents and provide oversight for configurations.
Lead and participate in Oracle EPM implementations, providing expertise across EPM moules including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management.
Manage project teams and coordinate efforts between functional and technical resources.
Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials.
Collaborate with the presales team to deliver business development solutions, including effort estimation.
Maintain strong client relationships to understand and address their ongoing needs.
