ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Optimization and Documentation:
o Create, update, and distribute process documentation and SOPs.
o Regularly audit existing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
o Evaluate all processes for efficiency and automation opportunities
o Lead improvement initiatives within IT
Data Analytics
o Distill complex data sets into actionable operational metrics
Operational Data Reporting:
o Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
o Generate a compliance tracking and reporting process.
Project Management
o Supports global transition for assigned areas to include task tracking, dependencies, dates, owners, statuses, and risk identification.
o Embedding company PMO standards into all project management activities
System Ownership:
o Function as a Business Analyst for the functional area's systems.
o Collaborate with system admins and experts to ensure the use of current versions.
o Drive adoption of new features and functionalities that align with business goals.
o Identify and implement automation opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in IT process maintenance and optimization, supported by a strong foundation in process improvement methodologies (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, BPM).
- Experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on modern IT tools, specifically ServiceNow.
- Experience with project management
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with system admins and experts.
- Proficiency in key IT operational data reporting and KPI analysis.
- Knowledge of automation tools and techniques
- Certifications such as ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, and BPM are a plus.
- Must be amenable to working on a full onsite setup.
- Must be amenable to working a night shift schedule.
- Must be amenable to working in BGC area.
