About the job Senior Sales Account Manager

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's vision. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with IT Managers, Directors, CISOs, and CIOs to provide relevant Software Security Solutions, ensuring a significant impact on prospective clients. You will leverage their extensive experience in IT security and sales to achieve ambitious sales objectives, focusing on acquiring new customers and fostering strong relationships with existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage IT Managers, Directors, CISO,CIO to offer Software Security Solutions that will have a great impact to the prospective client.
- Focus on developing the organization's Cybersecurity Business in Key, Strategic Accounts.
- Achieve sales objectives primarily through sales to new customers.
- Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, and networking.
- Manage the sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Respond to tenders and RFIs, coordinating and organizing input from multiple sources within.
- Network and develop relationships with key contacts/senior management with customers to drive referrals.
- Manage internal collaboration throughout pre-sales and post-sales handovers.
- Prepare the necessary quotations, specifications, and pricing for submission to clients.
- Finalize deals with specs and pricing, and coordinate handoff to the consulting team.
- Build the organization's brand in the FSI/Telco/BPO space by cultivating leads to promote their products and services.
- Complete other business development-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduated with any Bachelor's Degree.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT Security industry and over 5 years of proven sales experience.
- Must have experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Exhibits exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and effective conveyance of information and instructions.
- Possesses strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze, refine, summarize, and present data in a clear and concise manner.
- Energetic, innovative, and forward-thinking, with high ethical standards and a professional demeanor.
- Must be amenable to working in a full onsite work setup.
- Must be amenable to work in Makati from 8:00AM-5:00PM
