Talent Development Assistant
About the job Talent Development Assistant
This position plays a key role in supporting the Learning experience at our company. It is responsible for providing a range of administrative and coordination support to the Learning team. This role reports into the Talent Development Coordinator and we are looking for someone eager to grow and learn in this role and take on an Apprenticeship to further their career development after passing their probation.
- Provide end-to-end administrative support for Talent Development activities and processes.
- Manage team calendar and provide support for meeting and event coordination, including room bookings, venue coordination, meals and other supplementary needs.
- Manage participant event attendance and ad-hoc enquiries from delegates, including regular updated to the wider talent development team
- Responsible for day-to-day management of the Learning Experience Platform/Learning Management System, including reporting and
data input. - Monitor and maintenance of the shared team inbox and responding
to or directing enquiries as needed. - Manage invoices and POs for the Talent Development team.
- Provide administrative support for learning activities and processes.
- Work closely with the Talent Development team, supporting on ad hoc projects, where required.
- Produce data reports and summaries for talent development activities such as attendance, feedback and other ad-hoc data requests.
Qualification
- Previous experience working in a similar role in Talent Development or a People Team advantageous.
- Confident user of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), able to create documents and reports to a high standard.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and data analytical skills (the ability to analyze and interrogate data and create reports to aid understanding to the reader).
- Well organized, able to create and maintain structure to ensure the efficient running of internal processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or part of a team.
