Solution Architect
About the job Solution Architect
- Provide support to other Solution Architects for elements such as completing scoping questionnaires with clients.
- Have a high-level understanding of the technical product portfolio.
- Undertake technical pre-sales engagements, including but not limited to:
- Generation of customer proposals
- Supporting Sales and Accounts team to nurture and progress client new business wins and existing business retention in proposals and RFPs/Tenders.
- Capture and provide customer/business requirements and feedback on existing products.
- Providing input to/influence new technical developments/approaches within our markets.
- Undertake the initial Pre-Sales ticket triage process
- Engage with our sales teams to introduce new initiatives
Qualification
- A willing to understand technology and processes related to the Security Operation Centres (experience or understanding of Splunk, Microsoft, Carbon Black and Crowdstrike knowledge is a bonus) and related activities. Nice to have
- Experience in scoping and designing client solutions. Must have
- Cyber Security knowledge with evidence of the ability to learn and understand challenges and solutions.
- Ability to aid colleagues with visualizing, conceptualizing, articulating problems and construct solutions.
- Excellent written communication skills; the ability to structure and articulate written communications in a persuasive and succinct form as well as grammatically correct.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal skills
- Information Security related degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical brain.
- Commercially minded, analytical approach preferred.
- Professional and respected for integrity.
