Business Analyst - Reports Specialist

This role is based in our offshore Global Business Center. The Business Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Crystal Reports for our EHR systems. This role requires a deep understanding of end-user requirements, technical specifications, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports for our EHR systems.
• Collaborate with end-users to understand their reporting needs and requirements.
• Analyze and interpret data to create meaningful and accurate reports.
• Ensure reports are optimized for performance and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation and data discrepancies.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand system architecture and data structures.
• Generate test data as necessary to validate reporting
• Provide training and support to end-users on report functionalities and usage.
• Stay updated with the latest Crystal Reports features and best practices.
