About the job ServiceNow Manager

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
  • Development of ITSM & custom modules in ServiceNow Platform following best development practices
  • Lead a high-performance team of 1520 developers, architects, and consultants
  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with minimum 3 full cycle implementation of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Asset, CMDB, ITOM
  • Creating technical design document and writing
  • Unit test cases
  • Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML,
  • JAVA Script, etc.) Will be essential.
  • ServiceNow implementation of HRSD/CSM module
  • ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
  • Very good knowledge of the ITSM process
  • Work with global ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow ( all the modules ) across all global locations of client
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work Independently and with a team


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow
  • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Reporting/Analytics, and custom app development using App Engine.
  • Exposure of ITSM Framework and ITIL
  • Service Now Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / webservice / JSON / ServiceNow Scripting.
  • Strong track record of leading complex ServiceNow deployments with multiple stakeholders
