About the job ServiceNow Manager
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Development of ITSM & custom modules in ServiceNow Platform following best development practices
- Lead a high-performance team of 1520 developers, architects, and consultants
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with minimum 3 full cycle implementation of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Asset, CMDB, ITOM
- Creating technical design document and writing
- Unit test cases
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML,
- JAVA Script, etc.) Will be essential.
- ServiceNow implementation of HRSD/CSM module
- ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
- Very good knowledge of the ITSM process
- Work with global ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow ( all the modules ) across all global locations of client
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work Independently and with a team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow
- 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Reporting/Analytics, and custom app development using App Engine.
- Exposure of ITSM Framework and ITIL
- Service Now Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / webservice / JSON / ServiceNow Scripting.
- Strong track record of leading complex ServiceNow deployments with multiple stakeholders
