About the job Mandarin Bilingual - Sales Representative (BPO)
Responsibilities:
- Engage with Mandarin-speaking customers through calls, chat, or email to promote and sell company products or services.
- Identify client needs, recommend suitable solutions, and close sales opportunities effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools or company systems.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Customer Support) to improve the sales process.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.
- Provide regular feedback and market insights to help shape business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related field (preferred).
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (oral and written).
- At least 3 years of sales experience in a BPO or contact center environment outbound, inbound, or account management.
- Must be a PH Passport Holder
