About the job Workday Specialist- Manager (Hybrid)_Up to 120K
- Manage and maintain Workday modules including Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, and Absence, ensuring smooth operations, audits, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Support expansion of HR systems roadmap, including tools like VNDLY, Peakon, and Time Tracking.
- Partner with IT for system updates, testing, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to automate processes and improve cycle times.
- Lead the HRIS team, ensuring streamlined Workday operations and a positive employee experience.
- Ensure data integrity, resolve complex issues, and oversee escalations and integrations.
- Drive continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle and HR technology initiatives.
- Utilize AI and analytics tools to enhance reporting, decision-making, and automation.
- Coordinate with global teams and vendors to support enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
- Monitor system performance, adoption, and process improvements.
