The Talent Acquisition Team Lead plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting the recruitment team to attract top-tier talent across the organization. This role combines hands-on recruiting with team leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators, providing day-to-day guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies and process improvements.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely and effective hiring.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for key roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) to drive continuous improvement.

Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and university partnerships.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the recruitment team.
