About the job Inside Sales Representative

  • In this role, you will be expected to acquire new accounts for US clients, and you will be responsible for outbound calls to obtain information for job creation. In addition to this, you may also be required to conduct business negotiations yourself and conduct sales activities aimed at winning orders. In addition to approaching new clients, you will work with the marketing & sales team to plan measures to bring them to the consideration stage and approach clients.

More specifically, your responsibilities may include:

  • Reaching out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business.
  • Communicating with Clients, responding and following up on leads.
  • Collection of client information necessary for job creation.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2 years of B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English. A neutral accent so you can communicate clearly with American customers.
  • Experience in creating documents, manuals, etc.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage contracts and client expectations.
  • Has a business mindset
  • Amenable to work Onsite (BGC, Taguig)
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (11AM 8AM)
