About the job People Solutions Supervisor

The People Solutions Supervisor performs and manages the successful execution of daily activities to ensure successful delivery and work-product. The Supervisor ensures their team has the appropriate coverage and the team is meeting key metrics. The People Solutions Supervisor (PSS) performs all of the respective duties of a People Solutions Senior Associate, to include but not limited to managing and maintaining multiple HR systems to ensure data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data. Serves as liaison for internal (HR/People Team) and external (Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc.,) business projects to further enhance productivity for the Company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Service and Relationship Management
  • Delivers exceptional customer service to internal/external stakeholders, engaging stakeholders with a positive disposition, ensuring support within a 24-48 hr., response window.
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships by proactively addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for additional solutions.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to all employees.
  • Compliance and Data Management
  • Ensures compliance with US, Federal, State and Local laws, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.
  • Reviews documentation, reports, personnel records to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proper policy application.
  • Audits data input investigates errors or rejections and follows up with the appropriate corrections.
  • Performance Management and Development
  • Provides direct guidance, training, and oversight to their direct reports, communicating goals, KPIs and performance expectations.
  • Elevates concerns as necessary to ensure the team is supported.
  • HR Systems and Technical Support
  • Assists personnel with HR systems (e.g., Jobvite, ADP), including onboarding, password resets, and self-service tasks.
  • Manages system operations, including permissions, access and settings for People Solutions Specialists (PSS) users.
