The People & Culture (P&C) Manager supports organizational leaders and our workforce by ensuring exceptional employee experience. Ensuring direct reports are supported and are enabled to deliver the best quality of service by partnering with leaders to employ People/Human Resource (HR) strategies that support business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance, while balancing the needs of our workforce. P&C Manager serves as culture champions ensuring People (HR) objectives support and align with our core values and balance a partnership approach.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consultative HR and Strategic Guidance
  • Enacts a consultative approach to HR and People & Culture strategies to guide direct reports and organizational leaders in support of business targets and objectives.
  • Collaborates with operational leaders on workforce trends, needs, training, and resources to ensure organizational targets and objectives are met and strategizes with direct reports on implementation and delivery.
  • Employee Relations and Organizational Culture
  • Serves as the subject matter expert for internal/external stakeholders on the successful analysis employee relations (ER) matters to foster a positive work environment aligned with the companys values and promoting a culture of belonging.
  • Leads and maintains accurate reporting, data-analysis of trends and updates leadership on delays or complexities in collaboration with Legal.
  • Develops, and maintains HR strategies in alignment with the companys Core Values and DEIBA.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Administrative Leadership
  • Ensures daily tasks are successfully completed, providing support to directs, employees, and organizational leaders with People (HR) policy and process questions, assuring regulatory compliance.
  • Maintains, and updates Handbooks, Policies, and Procedures in accordance with US,
    Federal, State, and local laws.
  • Leads and maintains FMLA/LOA/ADA, Job Descriptions, Memorandums, FAQs, important reminders, policies, procedures, and processes in alignment with organizational standards. Delivers monthly reporting and strategic outlines on addressing concerns with volume.
