Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead and support our quality team across various lines of business. The role involves managing QA Team Leads, driving process improvement initiatives, and ensuring high-quality performance standards. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to enhance training programs, develop team skills, and lead performance and quality projects using Six Sigma and other methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any field
  • 34 years of experience as a QA Manager (Healthcare BPO experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, etc.)
  • Experience managing teams of 68 members
  • Proven track record in process and quality improvement initiatives

Desirable:

  • Six Sigma certification from a recognized institution
  • Experience in revenue cycle management is a plus
