Job Description:
We are looking for an Accounts Specialist / Customer Success Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys the challenge of building scalable operations from the ground up.
As part of the Customer Success team, you will play a crucial role in matching qualified candidates with potential employers by providing tailored support to both job seekers and businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to drive successful job placements by maintaining strong relationships with both sides of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Seeker Support:
- Recommend suitable opportunities to candidates and emphasize job listing benefits
- Review candidate resumes and profiles to align them with available job openings
- Help job seekers improve their profiles and resumes for better fit
- Communicate employer expectations clearly and prepare candidates for interviews
Employer Support:
- Understand employer needs and provide tailored candidate recommendations
- Maintain and build strong relationships with employer partners
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Promote job posting effectiveness and advise employers on best practices
- Encourage employer retention and account expansion by identifying hiring needs
Operations & Metrics:
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS
- Track key hiring metrics such as interview-to-offer ratios and lead conversions
- Meet business KPIs including placement targets and client engagement goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of contact center experience (voice or mixed), preferably in a B2B sales or SaaS-related customer care environment
- At least 1-year tenure in any role within the last 2 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Self-motivated and adaptable with a startup mindset
- Ability to manage tasks independently and handle multiple tools or systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales or SaaS customer success experience
- Familiarity with SaaS tools and platforms
- Proven experience in selling or supporting SaaS-based solutions
