About the job Bancassurance Service Associate
As a Sales Representative under the Bancassurance channel, you will be embedded within bank branches and responsible for offering tailored financial solutions to clients, promoting insurance and investment products. This role involves building strong relationships with bank staff and customers, understanding their financial goals, and delivering excellent service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell life insurance and investment products to bank customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with bank staff to generate referrals and leads.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Attend regular training sessions and product briefings to stay updated.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Preferably with experience in sales, banking, insurance, or customer service (at least 6 months and above of experience)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to be assigned in designated bank branches.
