About the job CSR - Agent | with Driver's License
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to be the primary point of contact between our company and its customers. In this role, you will deliver outstanding support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through voice, chat, or email channels.
Location: Pasay
Shift: Night Shift
Set-up: Onsite
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and/or outbound communications through phone, chat, email, and other platforms.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, billing, orders, and account details.
- Address customer concerns, process returns or refunds, and follow through until full resolution is achieved.
Qualifications:
- Must be a High school/ Senior High School or College graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in international voice support within a BPO setting.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
