Qualifications:
- Total of 2-5 years of experience in the US BPO/Healthcare industry
- Bachelors degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1-2 years of Team Lead experience in a US Healthcare account
- Excellent Leadership & Interpersonal relationship
Job Description:
- Oversee daily activities of nursing staff to ensure adherence to schedules, accuracy, quality standards, productivity goals, timely task completion, and compliance with established policies and procedures. Provide regular updates to management.
- Deliver basic on-the-job training to team members and serve as a go-to resource for questions related to policies, processes, and procedures.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, and behavior, and address any issues using standard performance management practices.
- Adapt to operational requirements to help meet service level agreements under the guidance of the Manager.
- Identify and fulfill the training needs of team members.
- Complete all required client training sessions successfully and maintain accurate training records.
- Conduct daily team briefings to align on goals, updates, and expectations.
- Communicate updates regarding process changes and client requirements promptly and ensure proper documentation of these updates.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned team members, providing support and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Escalate any performance-related concerns, including those that may require a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), to the Manager in a timely manner.
