We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team supporting an Auto Insurance Account. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for policyholders, providing assistance with policy inquiries, billing, claims support, and general insurance-related questions.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School/Senior High School graduate
  • At least 1 year BPO international voice experience
  • With driver's license (active/expired; pro/non pro)
