- Open to working night shifts
- Willing to report onsite

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Customer Service Representative to join our insurance team. The ideal candidate must hold an active FINRA Series 6 or 7 license and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, handling inquiries related to insurance and investment products, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is an onsite role with night shift work required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding insurance policies, investment accounts, and financial products
- Provide accurate and compliant information related to mutual funds, annuities, and other securities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Educate clients on their policy benefits, account features, and investment options
- Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry regulations and company policies
- Accurately document client interactions and transactions in the system
- Meet performance metrics and service level agreements
