About the job Communication, Change, & Learning Expert
The Communication, Change & Learning Expert will support and execute communication and change management strategies for BSMH's Global Capability Center (GCC) in Manila. This role will focus on enhancing employee experience and engagement while fostering relationships with industry associations.
- Support and execute communication and change management strategies and initiatives for the Manila Center, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide support for internal visits and build relationships with industry associations such as IBPAP, GICC, and HIMAP to enhance collaboration and visibility.
- Act as an expert in delivering effective onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless flow between HR onboarding and functional onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with HR to enhance the employee experience by focusing on building engagement activities through events, clubs, and various initiatives.
- Serve as a capability resource when needed, providing support not only for Manila but for BSMH as a whole, facilitating the sharing of best practices and knowledge across the organization.
