Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand, marketing, and sales initiatives to support business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of campaigns and projects.
• Support sales growth through effective customer engagement and business development activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to improve business performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong brand representation.
• Contribute to process improvements and business growth initiatives.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in brand management, marketing, sales, account management, or business development is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage for Brand roles.
