We are seeking a highly experienced Treasury Division Head to lead and manage the organizations funding, liquidity, investments, and foreign exchange operations. This role is responsible for designing and executing strategies to ensure optimal use of funds, maintain adequate liquidity, and drive profitability through effective treasury and investment management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all treasury operations, including cash flow management, funding, borrowing, and investment activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and diversify funding sources such as deposits, credit lines, bonds, and capital infusion.
- Oversee daily liquidity management, ensuring the organization can meet all financial obligations.
- Manage the investment portfolio, including fixed income, equity funds, and other instruments to maximize returns.
- Direct foreign exchange trading operations and manage currency exposure.
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory developments to optimize treasury performance.
- Establish strong relationships with financial institutions, counterparties, and regulatory agencies.
- Lead and mentor the treasury team, ensuring high levels of productivity, compliance, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree or CFA is an advantage).
- At least 10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a strong background in treasury operations, liquidity management, investments, and foreign exchange.
- Proven leadership experience in managing treasury teams and functions at a senior level.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and strategic decision-making capability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
