About the job Product Manager - OTT
The Product Manager will lead the evolution of our digital entertainment experience, transforming how customers access and enjoy video content across multiple streaming services within a single unified platform. This role focuses on building a seamless viewing experience that brings together various content providers into one intuitive interface across set-top boxes, smart TVs, mobile applications, and web environments.
The ideal candidate has the relevant experience in simplifying users experience across all entertainment services through one intelligent gateway.
Key Responsibilities:
Unified Entertainment Experience
- Design and manage the core user journey that allows customers to access multiple streaming platforms through a single entry point.
- Define how content is organized, surfaced, and accessed across the ecosystem.
Partner Platform Integration
- Work closely with external streaming providers to onboard and maintain their applications within our ecosystem.
- Coordinate technical requirements, ensuring compatibility across devices, and managing ongoing updates.
Subscription & Access Experience
- Shape how customers subscribe to and manage multiple entertainment services through simplified billing and access flows, working closely with commercial and billing teams.
Seamless Authentication
- Drive the implementation of streamlined login experiences that allow users to access partner applications without repeated sign-ins or complex account switching.
Streaming Quality Optimization
- Collaborate with network and engineering teams to improve playback performance, minimize buffering, and enhance video quality across varying network conditions.
Data-Driven Product Improvement
- You will monitor user behavior and engagement patterns to continuously refine discovery, navigation, and content engagement across the platform.
Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of experience in product management within digital media, video streaming, telecom, or consumer platforms
- Familiarity with multi-platform ecosystems and third-party integrations
- Strong understanding of user experience design and content discovery systems
- Experience working with technical teams on APIs, authentication systems, or platform integrations
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to guide product decisions
