This is a full-time on-site role for an FP&A / Business Partnering / Management Accounting Manager based in Mandaluyong. The role involves overseeing financial planning, collaborating on business planning, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, developing forecasts, managing budgets, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business performance. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong capabilities in Financial Planning and Business Planning
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data, showcasing exceptional Analytical Skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Financial Statements
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for business partnering
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are an advantage
• Experience in similar financial management or business partnering roles
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
