Senior Lead – Compensation & Benefits
Location: Taguig
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Morning shift
Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Lead for Compensation & Benefits to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our total rewards programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our compensation and benefits strategies are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals—supporting both talent attraction and retention.
As a senior individual contributor and people leader, you will partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to deliver data-driven reward solutions that support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy & Management

Lead the development, review, and execution of company-wide compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs.

Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.

Manage annual salary reviews, merit increases, and incentive planning cycles.

Provide analytical insights and recommendations on compensation trends, cost impact, and pay governance.
Benefits Design & Administration

Oversee the design, administration, and optimization of employee benefits programs (HMO, insurance, leave benefits, wellness initiatives, etc.).

Evaluate benefits vendors, manage renewals, and negotiate cost-effective yet competitive packages.

Ensure employee benefits are clearly communicated and well-understood across the organization.
Governance, Compliance & Policies

Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Develop, maintain, and enhance compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, and documentation.

Support audits and ensure accurate reporting related to compensation and benefits.
Stakeholder & Leadership Support

Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and business heads on compensation and benefits matters.

Provide guidance on job leveling, role evaluation, and reward decisions.

Lead and mentor team members involved in compensation and benefits operations.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.

Strong background in compensation structuring, benefits management, and market benchmarking.

Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, payroll-related regulations, and taxation impacting employee benefits.

Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and HR systems.
